RMIT Bioinformatics Group
RMIT Bioinformatics Group was formed in 2003 to further
study protein structure and protein modelling.
Aims of the Bioinformatics Group
- To develop computer modelling of protein structures and
statistical approximations to these structures.
- To allow for storing bioinformatic resources.
- Quick access to databases, graphs, histograms generated
by group members.
- To understand protein formation and protein structures.
Projects are available for summer 2006
