     Payments are done either in USD (US Dollars) or in EURO (EU Currency).
     All participants must pay the registration fee in advance as specified
     below. Late (after Aug 13) and on-site registrations at the conference
     will carry a surcharge of 100 USD or 95 EURO.

     Presenting author's discount: The author actually presenting his/her
     DOA paper may deduct a 150 USD or 140 EURO discount from the conference
     fee (one discount per paper, and only when prepaid).

     Graduate student discount: Submit a statement of interest, an
     endorsement by your advisor and, subject to approval by the PC you may

     The DOA'99 conference fee includes one copy of the proceedings of the
