In less than 2 weeks we expect to welcome you in the Algarve for our yearly week of conferences and workshops, 25-30 November. We trust you will find the Conference Center of the Marinotel, on the Vilamoura marina, a worthy location for this big event...
We have just uploaded the final version of the program on our website. A lot of minor changes, and one relatively major one: due to the busy schedules of all keynote speakers we had to reshuffle these a bit; Whitfield Diffie's (Sun) is now at 17h30 on Monday.
As in all previous editions of OnTheMove, all keynotes are accessible to all participants independently of your registration! And this year we are particularly proud of the eminent speakers the Program Chairs managed to collect for our "Federated Event".
Presenting authors: please call or mail your designated session chair, or your Program Committee Chair, in case of sudden changes in your travel or attendance as that may seriously affect others...
As communicated separately, poster papers can be displayed from Tuesday noon until Thursday noon on the ample space of the walls of the coffee break room.
Monday at 19h00 there is a welcome reception for everybody at the conference hotel/center.
In your registration fee is included the Conference Dinner on Wednesday at 19h, also at the conference hotel/center, exact location to be announced on-site. Please advise the Registration Desk of dietary considerations upon check-in; partner tickets will be 40 euro, including wine.
The OnThe Move Registration Desk will be open almost all the time during the week starting on Sunday 25; we suggest not to wait until the last minutes before your chosen event to get your bag and books since you and those behind you in line may miss part of an interesting keynote talk!
Wifi coverage is being arranged by Portugal Telecom in various locations of the conference center.
