Abstract:
The Educational Media Group is part of the Teaching and Learning Portfolio and is committed to supporting and enhancing teaching and learning within the university. We assist and advise schools and educators across the university in the production of innovative, high quality, media-rich teaching and learning materials that contribute to a flexible student- centered learning environment.
Our group provides expertise in a comprehensive range of multimedia production design, development, research and innovation. The Copyright Management Service provides practical support and authoritative advice through its copyright permission seeking service and University wide professional development activities.
We pride ourselves on our breadth of skills and understanding of sound educational media applied within a learning environment. Our broad range of capabilities and offerings enable greater variety, customisation, production and acquisition of the appropriate media for the desired educational outcome.
This presentation will explain the Group's capabilities and processes for engaging with academics who develop course materials.
