Abstract:

Organisational culture is defined as the shared values, norms and expectations that govern the way people approach their work and interact with each other. In other words it's "what am I expected to do in order to fit in and get ahead here. Enterprise architecture program needs alignment with the organisational culture to successfully implement their charter. This presentation will discuss:

§         Why understanding culture is important?

§         What are current management culture predominant in Australia

§         How to align your enterprise architecture program to work with the organizational culture

About the speaker:

Amit Tiwary is experienced designer and implementer of simple solutions for complex business challenges. His experience includes business solution architect, consultancy and project management with tier one outsourcing companies such as EDS, IBM, Cap Gemini, software vendors Siebel and upcoming companies such as Infosys, in industries including banking, utilities, finance, manufacturing and telecommunication.
