 8:00 Coach pick up to Lorne. Coach will come to Rydges, 701 Swanston, and Ibis Hotel on Therry St 
      (Jasper hotel is short walk to that IBIS).
10:30 (approximate) Arrive in Lorne, deposit bags, stretch legs, walk to beach.
11:30 Brief presentations by Sue Dumais, Leif Azzopardi, and Jamie Callan, followed by discussion.
12:30 Lunch, provided by workshop.
13:45 Brief presentations by Mark Sanderson, Diane Kelly, and David Hawking, followed by discussion.
15:15 Tea break and hotel check-in.
16:15 Discussion.
17:30 Adjourn for day.
Dinner (at own expense)

 7:30 Breakfast (hot buffet, provided by workshop).
 9:00 Summary and agenda.
 9:15 Divide into six breakout groups.  Each group tasked with coming up with up to six ideas for 
      research directions, areas, initiatives to be "sold" to the whole group later in the morning.
10:45 Tea break.
11:00 Breakout group presentations, 10 minutes per group.
12:30 Lunch (provided by workshop).
13:00 Time to wander.
16:00 Vote on topics from group presentations to pick top six (afternoon tea provided at this time).
16:30 Second breakout groups on selected topics.
18:00 Dinner (at own expense).
20:00 Breakout group presentations, 10 minutes per group.
22:00 Adjourn for day (bar at own expense).

 9:00 Summary then discussion of challenges, integrating top six as well as others that were explored.
